Additionally, a valve can be installed on these pouches, making them ideal for packaging coffee.
Flat bottom pouches are suitable for packaging products such as shrimp, dried fruits, dates, tea and coffee, dietary and pharmaceutical supplements, and more.
Three Side Seal Pouch
Three side seal pouches, available in transparent and metallized options, come in both simple and zippered versions for packaging food products and vacuum-sealing protein-based items such as fish and shrimp, sausages and cold cuts, as well as cosmetic products like bleach powder and hair dye. These pouches are also suitable for packaging other products like pickles and vegetables, dried plums and fruit leather, seeds, pesticides, and any other product that requires vacuum sealing.
Vacuum three side seal pouches are produced in various finishes, including double-sided metallized, double-sided transparent, one side metallized and one side transparent, and double-sided aluminum. The advantages of vacuum pouches include extending the shelf life of products by removing air, which helps prevent spoilage and contamination, while preserving the quality of the contents.
Center Seal Pouch
One of the simplest and most common types of packaging is the center seal pouch. This pouch is typically made from affordable and basic materials. A key feature of center seal pouches is that they can also have gussets, which provide better stability and allow the pouch to stand up. These pouches are commonly used for packaging products such as legumes, pasta, spices, household gloves, sponges, and more.
Side Gusset Pouch (Four Side Seal)
This type of pouch, known as the side gusset pouch, is characterized by one side having a true seal, while the other three sides are sealed virtually. With creative design ideas and the use of diverse, cost-effective materials, this pouch offers excellent stability and visual appeal. It is ideal for packaging products such as coffee, instant coffee, bakery flour, cake powder, molding plaster, animal and poultry feed supplements, and aquatic animal feed.
V-Pack Pouch
V-Pack pouches are specifically designed for packaging medical equipment and are used for sterilization after packaging. These pouches are classified in sterilization classes 5 and 6.
